Actress Mahira Khan has said that it would not be wrong for her to play the role of a female soldier in the telefilm ‘Aik Hai Nigar’ as her best work so far.
Mahira Khan’s telefilm ‘Aik Hai Nigar’ will be aired on ARY Digital tonight at 8 pm, in which she will be seen playing the role of Nigar Johar, the first woman lieutenant general of the Pakistan Army.
Speaking to Voice of America (VOA) Urdu about the same film, Mahira Khan said that he is satisfied with playing the role of General Nigar Johar on screen and he is happy that he has a military woman on screen. Form of
Mahira Khan said that there would be nothing wrong if her role in the telefilm was called the best work of her career so far.
He revealed that in order to play the role of a female military officer in the film, he had received training ranging from saluting to running a rifle.
In response to a question, he said that he enjoys playing real roles and in his view it is wrong to call such characters difficult, but at the same time admitted that playing autobiographical roles increases responsibility.
Mahira Khan said that during the shooting of ‘Aik Hai Nigar’, she tried her best not to copy any action of General Nigar Johar and she did not play the role of a military woman in a way but made it look like life. ‘Jia’ is.
According to the actress, she had asked General Nigar Johar for her opinion on the screen, to which the female military officer believed him and told him that she would play his role.

According to Mahira Khan, General Nigar Johar usually came at the last minute during the shooting of the telefilm and it was difficult to maintain the shooting in his presence.
While Mahira Khan will appear as General Nigar Johar in ‘Aik Hai Nigar’, Bilal Ashraf will be seen on screen as the husband of a female military officer.
